Murt Khan has over three decades of experience owning racehorses that provided him and his late brother with over 150 winners on the racetrack. Murt provides invaluable insights into the multifaceted world of horse racing and is a formidable presence in the industry. His extensive experience, marked by almost daily race watching from 1990 to present day, has honed his unique ability to spot a horse with potential, provide insightful and nuanced analysis of horses and races, considering all aspects from pace to betting angles. His acute understanding of a horse’s strengths and the knack for identifying their ideal racing conditions via his mastery of the Programme Book ensures the strategic placement of our horses at specific racecourses to unlock their maximum earning potential.
Harry Wigan
Harry Wigan, an alumnus of the Irish National Stud with a distinguished pedigree rooted in his father’s highly successful breeding establishment at West Blagdon Stud. Harry has worked alongside his father on the farm and for London Thoroughbred Services Ltd. This contributes to his profound understanding of Bloodstock values, Industry trends, Commerciality of Stallions, the intricacies of International racehorse ownership and breeding. Harry brings valuable experience from his previous work at studs bringing on young stock and working closely with the animals. He has worked with trainers including Richard Hannon, Jim Boyle, Tom Clover and Jane Chapple-Hyam which gives him a great insight into what is required of a racehorse. Using this experience allows us to give these amazing animals the best possible start in life. We do the very best to nurture our homebred horses during their formative years – tailoring a suitable path into adulthood with the ultimate goal to becoming a winning athlete on the track. Harry has built up a trusted and valuable international network of friends and colleagues within the Industry allowing us to send horses far and wide including North America, the Middle East and Europe. His regular presence at the sales along with a keen eye on the flat racing serves as an indispensable resource for our operations.
